Evolving healthcare is a team sport. Early on in building Collective Health, we realized that our mission of making it effortless to navigate and pay for healthcare was dependent on getting two things right: deep and effective collaboration with a wide array of partners, and an unwavering commitment to listening to feedback and ideas from our employer clients and their consulting partners.
Years into our journey, with hundreds of thousands of members and an incredible set of diverse employer brands as our clients, the importance of these two principles has only increased. That’s why I’m so thrilled to welcome two phenomenal industry veterans to our team today who will help us continue to improve in this critical area of our business: Haleigh Tebben, our Chief Business Development Officer, and Marianne Holt, our Director of Benefits Innovation.
Haleigh joins us from Mercer, where she previously led the health and benefits practice in California and co-led the broader West market. Haleigh has established herself as a proven leader in services, partnerships, and business development at a national level, and has long been one of my most trusted and sought out voices in where Collective Health can improve and build value for our clients.
Haleigh will elevate our work in building an already thriving ecosystem of partners, from our carrier network partnerships and digital health solutions, to our ongoing work to partner with consultants and brokers in delivering more return on employers’ massive healthcare investment. As of today, this ecosystem includes over 70 digital health partners and ~140 health partnerships in total—all brought together in our employer platform, dramatically simplifying access to care, removing barriers, and ultimately creating a better, more integrated experience for both employees and benefits teams. I’m excited to see how it grows and evolves under her leadership.
Marianne joins us as our Director of Benefits Innovation. Marianne brings with her extensive experience managing benefits at some of the most innovative and people-first companies in the world, including Lululemon, Uber, and Salesforce. She also has the credentials of being one of the earliest employer adopters of Collective Health back in 2015 and has been one of my trusted advisors on our work to solve the most pressing demands our employer clients face ever since. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on our team and to see her bring more employer feedback and insights into our organization.
Like all of us at Collective Health, both Haleigh and Marianne have a deep passion for our mission and vision. You can’t change healthcare alone, and we’re excited to welcome these new members to our team as we continue to work towards our mission. Please join me in giving them a very warm Collective welcome!
