Bridging the digital health ecosystem

We’re excited to introduce our Collective Health Partner Program, which helps employers harness the ever-expanding care ecosystem.

In just a few years, we’ve seen the proliferation of thousands of digital health solutions that expand care options for people across the U.S. and beyond. We’ve reached a new frontier in healthcare, and it’s encouraging to see companies tackling some of America’s most pressing health issues with a fresh perspective and innovative approaches to care.

However, with innovation comes added complexity and anyone that has dealt with our healthcare system knows how complicated and painful of an experience it can already be.

So how do we embrace these new services while creating an open ecosystem that’s easy to navigate—one where people don’t have to jump through hoops to find the right care solutions? At Collective Health, we believe the answer lies with the single biggest sponsor of healthcare in the U.S.—American employers.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Collective Health Partner Program, which helps employers harness this ever-expanding care ecosystem, and accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies. We’ve spent several years working closely with the founding members of our Partner Program—companies that include OmadaLyraDoctor on Demand, and Ovia—to integrate their solutions into our clients’ health plans. Increasingly, we’ve found that employers are eager to utilize these new offerings, but there simply hasn’t been a common platform to bring them all together. We recognized this early on, and have worked toward building a program that enables an open ecosystem of healthcare solutions that employers can easily connect to.

With that, we’re also excited to announce our Partner Solutions—immediately available bundles that integrate various innovative healthcare solutions from our partners to address some of today’s most pressing health and wellness issues: behavioral health, maternity and fertility, and streamlined access to care. For more information on these Partner Solution bundles, visit our partner page.

As we continue to build out these solutions, we identified four specific opportunities to help employers capitalize on this expanding healthcare ecosystem:

  • Streamline implementation: There’s no one-size-fits-all solution in healthcare. Employers should be able to choose health solutions that best fit their specific population, and get them up-and-running in a timely manner. We designed our Partner Solutions to be as simple as possible, and ready to go when you are.
  • Reduce administrative complexities: With Collective Health’s Workforce Management System, employers have a single platform to easily manage eligibility, claims, payments, and invoicing for all of their employee healthcare programs. Customers tapping into our partner solutions can rest assured that the delivery and management of new care offerings has never been easier.
  • Engage employees: How do you glean value from a new program if no one uses it, or worse, even knows it exists? We empower our clients’ employees—our members—to make better choices about their healthcare by helping them understand what’s available, and seamlessly connecting them to relevant care options. Our easy-to-use member tools and empathetic concierge support have helped drive a 2-4X increase in employee engagement in relevant partner programs to date.
  • Evaluate what’s working, what’s not: Once these solutions are in-use, Collective Health delivers real-time data and timely insights back to employers so you can easily understand how your employees are utilizing the solutions, and reallocate your budget as needed.

The continued expansion of the digital health ecosystem is exciting, but the reality is that the complexity of the system’s back office continues to overshadow innovation, and often acts as a roadblock for employers trying to improve the healthcare experience for their people.

If you’re ready to take control of your healthcare investment, and take advantage of today’s most impactful healthcare solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
