Collective Health was born out of a vision to dramatically improve how people understand, navigate, and pay for their healthcare. Since our founding in 2013, we’ve been dedicated to delivering the most innovative and effective health benefit plans that guide employees toward their healthiest lives and companies toward healthier bottom lines. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to witness the evolution of our company from me and my co-founder at my kitchen table to a team of nearly 800 employees. We now service 70+ enterprise clients across diverse industries, work closely with 130+ ecosystem partners, and support half a million members across all 50 states. And I’m thrilled to announce the next chapter in our story—our expansion into the great state of Texas and the opening of a brand new Collective Health office in Plano, Texas.

This expansion marks a significant milestone in our growth journey and reflects our commitment to providing exceptional support to our clients and members across the country. Plano, a thriving suburb of Dallas, offers a unique blend of talent, culture, and opportunity. Our new Plano office will serve as an important hub for our bilingual customer and member experience team, enabling us to expand our support to Spanish-speaking members and enhance our service experience for all clients.

We recognize the importance of investing in this rapidly growing and innovative region. Plano’s strategic location, with easy access to Dallas-area airports, coupled with its strong presence in the technology and healthcare sectors, makes it an ideal place for us to support our growing Texas client base. We’ve already welcomed about 100 new employees to the Plano office, and we’re thrilled to continue tapping into the incredible talent pool in Plano to further strengthen our team and capabilities.

One of the key aspects that drew us to Plano is its diverse community. At Collective Health, we believe that diversity is a catalyst for innovation and progress, and our Plano office is a reflection of our commitment to bringing together talent from various backgrounds, industries, and perspectives. This diversity not only enhances our collective culture but also enables us to better understand and address the unique needs of our clients and members.

Like our headquarters in San Francisco, California, and our customer experience center in Lehi, Utah, our Plano office is a vibrant and beautiful environment for our employees to work in. We look forward to collaborating with the local Plano community to drive innovation and improve healthcare experiences for our members across Texas and beyond.

As we embark on this new chapter in our journey, I want to express my gratitude to our Texas-based clients, H-E-B, Daikin, and Academy Sports + Outdoors, as well as our network partner, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. The opening of our Plano office represents a significant step forward in our mission to transform the healthcare experience. Thank you for your continued support as we work towards a healthier future, together.
