Meet members where they are, as they are
Dual EOB + Spanish Experience
What it does
Members can now update their language preference to Spanish in order to receive Dual EOB’s — a single PDF with both Spanish and English translations of claim details. Coming 2025: Spanish My Collective™ member portal.
Why we rolled it out
Collective Health is committed to meeting members where they are, as they are — for many of our members, this means communicating in their native language. Dual EOB’s allow a member to review and understand their claim details in Spanish, while still receiving an English version to refer to or share when needed to communicate with a provider.
Mobile ID card
What it does
Members can now download their ID cards through the My Collective™ app and save them as a pass in their mobile wallet, directly on their smartphone.
Why we rolled it out
Having issues at the pharmacy with spotty cell service? This feature allows members to access necessary information about their coverage at any time, regardless of network connection.
Driving smarter care at lower costs
Redesigned Get Care Provider Quality Data
What it does
Members can now view Embold-powered provider quality data and specialties (orthopedic surgeon who specializes in Hip and Knee Arthroscopy, for example!) when using our Provider Search tool, Get Care, to find the right provider.
Why we rolled it out
Finding the right provider fit can be daunting for members, and care with the wrong provider can have a costly impact on your plan spend. Our new features automatically surfaces providers with Excellent quality status to the top of search results to encourage members to seek high-quality care. It also allows members to dig deeper into a provider’s expertise. This tool takes out that extra research step by including “Accepting New Patients” and provider specialty information.
Care Suggestions
What it does
Members now have even more proactive reminders when it comes to their care right in their My Collective™ inbox. By leveraging claims data, our Population Health team develops and sends targeted messages to address gaps in care — whether it’s a reminder to get an annual preventive service we haven’t received a claim for yet or a recommendation to a point solution based on a member's recent care and claim history.
Why we rolled it out
Collective Health aims to control your costs and improve health outcomes of your population. We believe a core part of this mission is to help members to get the care they need, at the right time. With closed-loop utilization reviews, we track the efficacy of these campaigns by reconciling message open rates with subsequent claim impact within 90 days of the message campaign.

Bring together your ecosystem
Additional Benefits Hub
What it does
Members now have a centralized place for all their benefit offerings, point solutions, and beyond. Previously known as Benefits+ tiles, their “extra” benefits now have a dedicated hub within the Coverage tab on My Collective™ member portal — alongside integrated health plans to tell the full story of your organization’s benefit offering.
Why we rolled it out
We know that your vendor investments beyond traditional medical, dental, and vision plans are an integral part of your benefits strategy, and they deserve to be more than be a footnote. Make My Collective™ your one-stop-shop by building out your Additional Benefits Hub. Consider linking out your ancillary benefits like 401K vendor, and Life & Disability — available in 2025!
Partner Collective™ search option
What it does
Collective Health partners with 130+ point solutions and supports your choices in driving strategy. We’ve added a Search feature to our Partner Collective™ site to allow you to explore solutions by clinical category if you are just starting your evaluation, or search by partner name to see our integration summary.
