Collective Health Awarded on TIME’s List of the World’s Top HealthTech Companies 2026 List

San Francisco, California, September 17, 2026 – Collective Health, the leading independent third-party administrator (TPA) and Care Navigator uniting administration, cost management, and care, today announced its inclusion in the second edition of the World’s Top HealthTech Companies 2026, receiving an “Outstanding” designation. This award is presented by TIME and Statista Inc., a global statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

“Collective Health’s mission is to empower American companies and workers to understand, navigate, and pay for healthcare with complete transparency and trust,” said Ali Diab, CEO and co-founder of Collective Health. “When I founded Collective Health in 2013, I envisioned it as an independent company that would faithfully serve the interests of its employer and worker customers without any disincentive to do that. I’m very proud of what we have achieved since that time, with nearly 800,000 Americans relying on us each and every day to administer and service their health benefit plans. Being named among TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies for the second year in a row is a meaningful recognition of that mission, and of the work our team puts in every day to earn that trust.”

The World’s Top HealthTech Companies 2026 ranking recognizes leading innovators advancing healthcare globally through technology. Companies were evaluated using three primary data sources: Financial Performance Metrics, Reputation Analysis, and Online Engagement. From thousands of HealthTech companies reviewed, the top 500 were recognized for outstanding performance across these critical areas.

Statista publishes hundreds of worldwide industry rankings and company listings with high-profile media partners. This research and analysis service is based on the success of statista.com, the leading data and business intelligence portal that provides statistics, relevant business data, and various market and consumer studies and surveys.
