Collective Health Drives Continued Momentum in its Partner Ecosystem; Adds New Premier Partners and Names New Strategic Partnerships Team Leader

The leading health benefits platform welcomes Galileo and Tria Health to its Premier Partner Program™ and appoints Manar Bustami as its Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

DECEMBER 7, 2023, San Francisco, Calif. — Collective Health, the employee health benefits platform with integrated member advocacy and clinical navigation, today welcomed two new partners to its Premier Partner Program, Galileo and Tria Health. In addition, the company announced the appointment of Manar Bustami as its Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, filling a key role in the company’s leadership team.

Collective Health’s Premier Partner Program features a select group of digital health program partners with a demonstrated track record of delivering impact. Premier Partners benefit from enhanced integration and data exchange capabilities with the Collective Health platform, which enables employee health benefit plan sponsors to drive greater engagement with those programs and accurately measure their clinical and financial impact.

As Premier Partners, Galileo and Tria Health will provide Collective Health members with additional options for meaningful health outcomes and a positive member experience with full integrations into their current health plans. Galileo’s Digital Medical Practice extends Collective Health’s telehealth offerings to provide access to advanced primary and specialty care from an exceptional clinical team enabled by next-generation technology. Tria Health brings additional chronic care management to Collective Health’s customers and plan members, providing valuable and personalized medication optimization for chronic and specialty conditions. Both Galileo and Tria Health will help Collective Health guide employees toward healthier lives and companies toward healthier bottom lines.

“We are excited to join Collective Health’s Premier Partner Program, and we share the belief that digital health solutions should be empowering, not overwhelming,” said Jake Coniglio, Chief Commercial Officer at Galileo. “We look forward to helping our joint customers and their members by delivering the most comprehensive and highest quality digital medical care available on the market today.”

“We are thrilled to offer Tria Health’s chronic condition management as part of Collective Health’s Premier Partner Program,” said Matt Baki, Senior Vice President at Tria Health. “Our new clinical coordination model allows our pharmacists to work directly with the patient and Collective Health’s Care Navigation team to discuss the best course of care for our mutual customers to improve member health outcomes.”

To further bolster the company’s excellence in partnership management and development, Collective Health also appointed Manar Bustami to its strategic leadership team as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, Bustami will oversee Collective Health’s current (and growing) ecosystem of partners and lead the expansion of its partner offerings across medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy.

Bustami brings over a decade of experience in digital health and sales leadership to Collective Health. Most recently, he served as Head of Sales and Commercial Strategy at Accorded, an actuarial intelligence company streamlining value-based contracting. Prior to that, Bustami served as a Vice President of Sales at Collective Health, where he had been since the company’s inception, as the founding sales hire.

As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Bustami will establish deeper relationships and integrations for Collective Health’s Premier Partner Program and The Partner Collective. He will also oversee the teams responsible for securing and managing new services and partners that match Collective Health’s mission to bring better healthcare and value to its members.

“I am thrilled to be rejoining the Collective Health team as we enter this new phase of growth for our partnerships and service integrations,” said Manar Bustami, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Collective Health. “I came back to drive meaningful impact within our growing ecosystem of 100+ partners. Collective Health was founded to enable a modern health benefits approach, which includes providing employers the necessary flexibility to plug and play the solutions that best fit their ever-evolving strategy and populations. I look forward to creatively pursuing the way Collective Health discovers, integrates, and partners with the various carriers and health solutions in the market. Our partnerships and ecosystem are a crucial piece to Collective Health’s mission to drive a better healthcare experience for our members and their families.”
