Collective Health Expands Leadership and Advisory Board with Healthcare and HR Industry Leaders

Dec. 12, 2017—San Francisco, Calif.—Collective Health today announced the addition of three seasoned healthcare and HR leaders who will provide critical expertise around driving greater value and innovation in employee health benefits. Eric Parmenter will lead Collective Health’s value-based care efforts, and Larry Leisure and Kaye Foster have been appointed as strategic advisors.

Parmenter, who joined Collective Health in October, has nearly two decades of experience creating value-based partnerships between providers and employers that consistently deliver improved cost and quality for health plans and their sponsors. Prior to Collective Health, he served as Senior Vice President of Employer Solutions at Evolent Health, led the healthcare system industry focus and middle-market work at Towers Watson, and held leadership positions at various health benefits consultancies.

Kaye Foster and Larry Leisure join other distinguished leaders on the Collective Health advisory board, including: Laszlo Bock, Humu CEO and former Google Senior Vice President of People Operations; Jon Levin, Dean of the Stanford Graduate School of Business; and Jeffrey Pfeffer, the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Foster is a recognized human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience building and running multinational people functions that drive innovation and growth for Fortune 100 companies. Throughout her career, Kaye served in executive HR leadership positions at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer, developing and implementing industry-leading compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and learning and development strategies. She is currently a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Additionally, Kaye serves on the Board of Trustees of Stanford Health Care, the Board of Directors of Agios Pharmaceuticals (a leader in the fields of cancer metabolism and rare genetic disorders of metabolism), and the Board of Directors of Grail Inc.(a biotech company). She also chairs the Board of Glide Memorial Foundation in San Francisco.

Leisure is a recognized industry leader with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Most notably, he helped build the health management consultancies at Willis Towers Watson and Accenture, and co-founded Jiff and Healthspottr. He’s currently a Co-founder and Managing Director of Chicago Pacific Founders and the Chairman of the Washington, DC based advisory firm ADVI. He serves on the board of directors of several health services companies including P3, iN2L, and Recovery Ways.
