AccessHope has three cancer support modules: Cancer Support Team (CST) and Expert Advisory Review (EAR) work together to support members whether they’ve just been diagnosed, have already started treatment, or have previously been diagnosed with cancer. Members can connect with qualified personnel including experienced oncology nurses to discuss tips on preparing for doctor appointments, treatment information, or emotional concerns—wherever they are in their cancer journey.

Accountable Precision Oncology (APO): When an employee receives a rare or complex cancer diagnosis, AccessHope's algorithms—in collaboration with Collective Health—trigger the case to be securely sent to AccessHope. AccessHope then assigns a cancer subspecialist to the case. These specialists leverage renowned knowledge and expertise to support community oncologists, closing the knowledge gap and leveling health disparities while patients stay close to home
