Collective Health Appoints Hope Kragh as Vice President of Client Success

Kragh joins as several new strategic employers select Collective Health for their 2018 health benefits plan

August 10, 2017—San Francisco, Calif.—Collective Health today announced Hope Kragh has joined the company as vice president of client success. Kragh will lead a growing team focused on delivering industry-leading support for Collective Health’s rapidly growing client base, which includes employers providing some of the most progressive health benefits in the U.S.

In 2017, Collective Health more than doubled the number of employer clients and employee members on its platform. The company now provides a smarter alternative to traditional health benefits for 15 clients and more than 80,000 members across all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

“We’re thrilled our platform and unparalleled member experience is seeing such rapid adoption from leading companies across the U.S. As we continue to grow, our clients’ success and members’ happiness is paramount,” said Ali Diab, CEO of Collective Health. “I can’t think of a leader better suited than Hope to help employers get the most from their health benefits. She has an outstanding track record with some of the nation’s top healthcare organizations, has built and led dynamic teams, and understands the various challenges companies of all sizes face trying to navigate a fragmented, complex benefits ecosystem.”

Kragh has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, primarily working with employers to develop strategic benefits and employee healthcare programs. Most recently, she served as director of national accounts for Anthem Blue Cross and led a high performance team focused on Fortune 50 companies and the challenges they face in managing their corporate healthcare costs. Prior to Anthem, Kragh held sales and account management positions at UnitedHealth and Cigna. Kragh is also an active participant in the healthcare initiatives driven by industry policy organizations such as Pacific Business Group on Health, Silicon Valley Employers Forum and the Purchaser Value Network Council.

“For years, employers have struggled to get their employees to engage with their health benefits,” said Kragh. “I was drawn to Collective Health by the company’s relentless commitment to re-imagine the healthcare experience. By creating an innovative, new approach to navigate this complicated healthcare system, we are helping our clients achieve better engagement and much higher satisfaction levels. It’s exciting to work with such an extraordinary team that is so passionate about designing solutions that help our clients take better care of their people.”

Kragh is joining a rapidly growing executive team that includes experienced leaders from Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Google, SAP, Castlight Health and the Stanford University School of Medicine.
