Collective Health Names Kaushik Bhaumik, PhD, as Chief Revenue Officer to Lead Next Phase of Commercial Growth

Veteran healthcare and technology leader to drive strategic expansion and broaden Collective Health’s market footprint

San Francisco, California – April 14, 2026 Collective Health, the leading independent, transparent third party administrator (TPA) that brings together plan administration, cost management, and high-quality member experiences, today announced the appointment of Kaushik Bhaumik, PhD, as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As CRO, Bhaumik will lead Collective Health’s end-to-end commercial strategy, bringing together Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to drive the company’s strategic growth and expand its footprint across new markets.

Bhaumik brings more than three decades of experience building and scaling healthcare and technology businesses. Most recently, he served as Senior Partner leading the Americas Health Technology practice at Ernst & Young, where he advised leading payors and providers on performance improvement, data modernization, and platform strategy.

Prior to EY, he co-founded Glide Health, an AI-driven revenue cycle management platform, later acquired by McKesson. Bhaumik also spent over 15 years at Cognizant as part of the executive leadership team, helping scale the company from $1B to $50B in market capitalization. He went on to lead Cognizant’s healthcare business—growing it into a multi-billion-dollar operation spanning payor administration, provider services, and next-generation SaaS solutions. Bhaumik holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Cornell University, and earned his earlier degrees from the University of Virginia.
