Collective Health Taps 35-Year Health Benefits Veteran Ted Holden as Vice President of Client Success

Seasoned leader brings rare carrier-to-digital-health perspective to strengthen employer partnerships

San Francisco, California – July 7, 2026 Collective Health, the leading independent third-party administrator (TPA) and Care Navigator uniting administration, cost management, and care, today announced the appointment of Ted Holden, as Vice President of Client Success. Most recently, Holden served as Head of Strategic Partnerships & Network Strategy at Noom. Prior to that, he was Chief Growth Officer at Catapult Health, and Vice President of National Accounts & Commercial Markets at Wondr Health. Earlier in his career, Holden spent nearly 22 years at BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, where he held multiple vice president roles across national accounts, government accounts, and sales and client management. He has served on several volunteer and advisory boards, including six years as a board member and one year as President of the Southwest Benefits Association, and several years on the University of Texas at Dallas Business School Advisory Board. Holden is based in Plano, Texas.
