Collective Health receives utilization and engagement data from Carrum to then allow Collective Health to measure financial or clinical outcomes for health plan administration purposes.

Eligibility File Feed
Collective Health sends eligibility data directly to Carrum on behalf of Collective Health clients through an established eligibility file specification and setup process.

Outbound Claims File
Collective Health uses this data to help ensure that eligible members can connect with Carrum for the care they need.

Carrum has Single Sign On capabilities so members can log in directly to Carrum’s web portal from the My Collective™ portal (web/mobile).
