Members can access Homethrive’s website or login page directly from the “Additional Benefits” section of the My Collective™ portal (web and mobile).

Utilization Data Ingestion
Collective Health receives utilization and engagement data from Homethrive to then allow Collective Health to measure financial or clinical outcomes for health plan administration purposes.

Eligibility File Feed
Collective Health sends eligibility data directly to Homethrive on behalf of Collective Health clients through an established eligibility file specification and setup process.

Outbound Claims File
Collective Health uses this data to help ensure that eligible members can connect with Homethrive for the care they need.

SSO Enabled
Homethrive has Single Sign On capabilities so members can log in directly to Homethrive’s web portal from the My Collective™ portal (web/mobile).
