No current Collective Health clients utilize Sentinel Group’s services, but Sentinel Group has completed an extensive questionnaire concerning Collective Health’s technical and security requirements for integrated digital health solution partners.

Members can access Sentinel Group’s website or login page directly from the “Additional Benefits” section of the My Collective™ portal (web and mobile).

Utilization Data Ingestion
Collective Health receives utilization and engagement data from Sentinel Group to then allow Collective Health to measure financial or clinical outcomes for health plan administration purposes.

Eligibility File Feed
Collective Health sends eligibility data directly to Sentinel Group on behalf of Collective Health clients through an established eligibility file specification and setup process.

Outbound Claims File
Collective Health uses this data to help ensure that eligible members can connect with Sentinel Group for the care they need.

SSO Enabled
Sentinel Group has Single Sign On capabilities so members can log in directly to Sentinel Group’s web portal from the My Collective™ portal (web/mobile).
