Ali Diab is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collective Health, the world’s leading employer health benefit plan administration platform. Ali has more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth technology organizations, and prior to co-founding Collective Health, was Vice President of Product Management and Business Operations at AdMob by Google. Previously, Ali held executive and management positions at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, and Yahoo!. Ali is a graduate of Stanford and Oxford Universities and is a Member of the Board of Advisers of the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR) and a Trustee of San Francisco Day School.

Scott is passionate about developing and unlocking the potential in people, creating a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and succeed, and bringing this same passion to solving complex problems. He spent 15+ years at eBay where he was most recently Vice President of Customer Service Technology Solutions. He played a key role in expanding their operations in Utah and co-led the transformation of eBay’s global customer service with a focus on improving the customer experience while decreasing costs annually. Scott attended the University of New Mexico where he studied Business Administration.

Ron brings more than 25 years of experience in counseling growth technology companies and in developing and leading high-performance legal teams. He previously acted as the general counsel of Yahoo! Inc., where he also held a variety of national and global roles spanning almost two decades. Ron also previously practiced as a senior lawyer at Apple and with a private law firm. He holds a JD from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a member of the California and Illinois bars.

Max serves as Collective Health’s Chief Technology Officer. He is passionate about solving tough problems by building best-in-class technology. Prior to joining Collective Health, Max served as the EVP of Digital Worker Ecosystem at Automation Anywhere. Before that he worked for companies like Apple, Atlassian, and eBay. Max holds a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and is a combat veteran having served as an Intelligence Officer in the US Army and US Army Reserves.

Abbie serves as Collective Health’s Chief People Officer. She is passionate about engaging and developing employees, unlocking the capability of leaders, and protecting and evolving company culture as key levers to grow businesses. Abbie has spent more than 20 years working for companies like IBM, eBay, PayPal, and most recently, Splunk. She holds a B.A. in Government and Spanish from Skidmore College and an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Ari’s expertise in the clinical setting will support Collective Health’s dynamic and growing member needs while developing functionality that helps employers foster the health and well-being of their people at scale. Prior to joining Collective Health, Ari was an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of California San Francisco, where he held several leadership roles including Value Improvement Director for Hospital Medicine and Medical Director of the hospitalist program at St. Mary’s.

Chris holds an AB in Economics from Brown University.

Jennifer Jacobs is the Chief Customer Experience Officer and site lead for our Lehi, Utah office. She leads our Member Advocates, Claims Processing, Plan Operations, FMP and Care Navigation teams. Jennifer joined Collective Health in April of 2019 to launch our Lehi, Utah office, which has grown to over 400 employees. She is passionate about delivering an amazing experience to our members and clients by our highly engaged employees. Prior to joining Collective Health, she worked at eBay and GE leading operations, analytics, and finance teams.

HungChing serves as Collective Health’s Chief Data and Analytics Officer, where she oversees the development of data and analytics capabilities to provide insights and value for our customers. She brings more than 25 years of experience leading data and analytics teams in health insurance and health management companies, including Optum, Medica, BlueShild of CA, and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blues Shield of Iowa. HungChing holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Public Health from National Taiwan University. She also attended a doctoral program in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration at University of Minnesota.

Kim serves as the SVP of Client Success and brings 40 years of healthcare industry experience to positively impact Collective Health clients, consultants, and brokers. She is passionate (some might say obsessed) with ensuring that Collective Health is delivering the best possible experience to clients and customers. Kim joined Collective Health most recently from Cigna where she was the Arizona Market President and prior to that was the VP of Sales and Account Management for Cigna in both the Arizona and Texas markets. In addition to her time at Cigna, Kim has held leadership positions at United Healthcare and Hewitt Associates.
