Additional Benefits Tile
Members can access MyOme’s website or login page directly from the “Additional Benefits” section of the My Collective™ portal (web and mobile).

Utilization Data Ingestion
Collective Health receives utilization and engagement data from MyOme to then allow Collective Health to measure financial or clinical outcomes for health plan administration purposes.

Eligibility File Feed
Collective Health sends eligibility data directly to MyOme on behalf of Collective Health clients through an established eligibility file specification and setup process.

Outbound Claims File
Collective Health uses this data to help ensure that eligible members can connect with MyOme for the care they need.

SSO Enabled
MyOme has Single Sign On capabilities so members can log in directly to MyOme’s web portal from the My Collective™ portal (web/mobile).

Utilization via Invoice
Charged by member engagement in program and generates an invoice.

Contracted Clinicians

Direct Contract
Contracting is done directly between the client and MyOme.
