The Partner Collective® - Collective Health

Upswing Health provides patients with virtual access, triage, and management of low and medium-acuity musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.

Our services include a Symptom Assessment Tool to assess a patient’s MSK issue providing potential conditions, educational materials, and exercises. Patients have access to an Upswing Coach who reviews with the patient their possible conditions, provides further education and exercises, and when necessary, triages the patient to the next level of appropriate care. When indicated, Upswing Coaches can coordinate a telehealth visit with an orthopedic specialist.
