Onsite and At Home VirtualCheckups: Catapult Health either hosts an onsite event to collect a blood sample and physical measurements, or sends a kit to an employee with the materials needed to collect the sample and measurements. Days later the employee will meet virtually with a nurse practitioner to review their results.

Catapult Complete: clinical intervention that drives high-risk individuals into immediate care. The program includes accessing medical care, education about prescriptions, encouragement, reminders, assistance with lifestyle changes, tracking tools, and testing to monitor outcomes.
